Beet gnocchi with 4 ingredients

  • 300 gr of cooked, processed and strained beet
  • 1 egg white
  • 50 gr of grated cheese
  • 100 gr of common flour
  • Salt

Mix the beet puree with the rest of the ingredients to form a dough that does not stick to your fingers. Do not knead, just integrate. Make long snakes and cut them to the size you prefer. Cook in boiling water for one minute from boiling. Serve them with the sauce you like the most!
